WiiSDA will visit Mumbai, India for recruitment events

Looking for Automotive Professionals and Affiliates February 20th – 22nd 2023

Over the past 5 years, WiiSDA has seen a large increase in employees with work experience from India. “We have many inspiring stories of employees who have moved to Norway and made a successful integration into their new workplace, as well as embracing the Norwegian culture and work/life balance”, explains Annette Rognstad, Managing Director of WiiSDA.

“Many of our employees also bring their families to Norway once they have settled in, and this is what really motivates the WiiSDA Team; to help talented and motivated people succeed and fulfil their dreams, professionally and personally”, Annette continues.

WiiSDA had their first overseas recruitment in November 2022 in UAE, which resulted in an impressive number of great candidates, many of these were from India. This event inspired us to visit the Indian market directly. More from the UAE recruitment: https://wiisda.eu/work-supply-had-their-first-physical-recruitment-in-the-uae/

WiiSDA is expanding in India!

WiiSDA will continue to build its Affiliate network and expand this in India as well. So, in addition to meeting highly experienced automotive professionals, we are looking to meet with highly motivated and professional people who want to earn an extra income whilst not re-locating to Norway. This will be possible when working as a WiiSDA Affiliate.

What is a WiiSDA Affiliate?

This is a person responsible for identifying and attracting local candidates from a specified region for work opportunities in Norway.

Ideally, the affiliate should have an automotive background with a good understanding of what technical and social skills are needed for mechanics, technicians, panel beaters, and painters to succeed in the Nordic market.  Read more about the requirements to become WiiSDA affiliate: https://wiisda.no/en/affiliate/
